When you sign up for figure skating lessons or training camps, we process the following data:

- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We process only the data you provide to us yourself.

We use your information exclusively for:
- Registering and maintaining our membership database
- Communicating about classes, training camps and other activities
- Sending you information relevant to your membership or participation
4. How do we keep your data?
- Data are not stored online and no forms are used through the website.
- All data is delivered via e-mail only and stored on the hard drive of a computer.
- This computer is backed up regularly on a secure USB drive.
5. Retention period
We will retain your data for as long as you are a member or participate in Dazzling Figureskating activities. After termination of your membership or participation, your data will be kept for up to 2 years unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
6. Sharing data with third parties
We do not provide your information to third parties unless required by law.
7. Security of your data
We take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss and unauthorized access to your data. We do this by, among other things:
- Storage on a shielded computer
- Regular backups on a secure USB drive

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You may also object to the use of your data.
